Menopause Sleep & Night Waking Journal

You fall asleep fine. It's two in the morning that's the problem.
Menopause sleep trouble often isn't about getting to sleep — it's the night coming apart at 2am and again at 4, and by breakfast you couldn't say whether that happened once or four times. This 9-page printable journal is for the waking, not the going to bed: when you woke, what woke you, how long it took to get back, and what it cost you the next day. Three weeks of it usually shows a shape you can't see from inside a single bad night.

Who this is for
This journal is for anyone going through perimenopause or menopause who wants somewhere to put the detail down while it is still fresh. You fall asleep fine. It's two in the morning that's the problem. If that is familiar, this is the tool for writing it down as it happens.

Inside the planner

How it works in practice
Every page is undated on purpose, so you can start on any night and print a fresh three-week set whenever you want to track again. Fill it in the next morning rather than at 3am — reaching for a pen wakes you further, and morning recall is good enough for a pattern. Rough times are welcome: "about 2, then about 4" is genuinely useful, and leaving it blank because you're not sure is not. Keep going on the good nights too, or every week looks identical and the thing that's helping stays hidden.
