Adult ADHD Complete Toolkit

Nine separate ADHD problems, and nine separate things to buy. This is all of them in one document.
Starting. Time. Focus. Decisions. Sensory load. Burnout. Hormones. Rejection sensitivity. Medication. The HopefulSteps Adult ADHD collection covers each of those in its own planner, and most people only need one or two of them in full. This 13-page printable toolkit is the other way round: one condensed page for each, so you can see which patterns are actually yours before going deeper on any of them — and take the whole picture to an appointment in one place.

Who this is for
This toolkit is for anyone living with adult ADHD who wants the whole collection in one place rather than buying piece by piece. Nine separate ADHD problems, and nine separate things to buy. This is all of them in one document. If that is familiar, this is the tool for writing it down as it happens.
What’s included
- Welcome & how to use this toolkit
- How I work best — the baseline everything else reads against
- Starting — what the friction actually is, task by task
- How long things take — estimate before, record after
- Where the hours went — what pulled me in, and what it cost
- The decision count — a one-day count, and the hour choosing stops being easy
- Sensory load — what tipped it, and what was already on me
- Running on empty — week by week, and what genuinely restores me
- Across the month — focus, mood and overwhelm, observed
- When something lands harder than it should — what I felt, and what was actually said
- Medication and dose periods — a plain record for the review appointment
- What surprised me
Inside the planner

How it works in practice
Every page here is the condensed version of a product sold on its own, which is what makes it useful rather than thin: nothing has been invented to fill it out, and each page names the full version at the bottom in case that is the one you want properly. Two pages tend to be the surprise — the decision count, which most people find startling before lunch, and the page that keeps what you felt and what was actually said side by side. The medication page records and does not assess; it is built to be handed over rather than interpreted at home.
