Decision Fatigue Planner

You coped all day. Now you are standing in the kitchen at seven, unable to decide what to eat.
That is not a character failure and it is not laziness. Choosing runs on something, and small choices spend it just as surely as big ones — which coat, which queue, whether to reply now, which of two near-identical things. By early evening a great many people have nothing left for a question that should take five seconds, and then feel ridiculous about it. This 9-page printable planner counts the choices instead of judging the collapse at the end of them.

Who this is for
This planner is for anyone living with adult ADHD who would rather go in prepared than try to remember on the day. You coped all day. Now you are standing in the kitchen at seven, unable to decide what to eat. If that is familiar, this is the tool for writing it down as it happens.

Inside the planner

How it works in practice
The aim is not to make better decisions. It is to make fewer of them. Most people are startled by the one-day count well before lunch, and the Already decided page is where that turns into something practical — a choice made once, in writing, stops being a choice at all. There is also an honest test attached to it, because a default you would override on a bad evening was never a default.
